Dogs

The Thatcher’s Arms welcomes dogs of the well behaved and ‘on-the leash’ variety. If you’re booking a table, please mention you may bring your four-legged friend as we have designated tables for you.

Little Ones & Smaller Appetites

Whilst primarily an adult’s environment, children are welcome in areas away from the bar, although the pub is not very suitable for babies and toddlers in the evenings. We have changing facilities and some high chairs available. In our larger rooms we are able to accommodate prams and pushchairs, although some of the smaller areas are too constricted to allow us to do so.

Disabled Facilities

We have full disabled access including a disabled loo and disabled parking. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need any assistance.

Bookings

We take reservations and do suggest to book to avoid disappointment. We do however, keep some tables free for those spontaneous trips and just passing trade. Should it be busy, we run a waiting list so that we can fit you in as soon as possible. We also recommend calling ahead for any specific dietary or access requirements.

Unfortunately we are not able to take bookings via email.

We don’t reserve any of our outside tables so if you enjoy a little alfresco dining these are first come first served.

Sadly due to our operation we are not able to cater for very large parties, groups or weddings.
